We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as, so whether you need to cancel an order or exchange a product, we've got you covered with guidelines and support. Thank you for choosing us, and we’re here to help with any questions you may have!

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges are only acceptable if the item purchased is not defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with inquiry to bellalaroses25@gmail.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We do not issue refunds if your order is cancelled on the same day as your delivery or pickup date.

We do however accept cancellations within 24 hours of previous notice of your delivery or pickup date.
